Breathe Easy, Cowboy
On July 1, OSU will "breathe easier" and become a tobacco free campus. Faculty, staff and students are invited to help mark the occasion by joining in "Operation Clean Up" from 9 a.m. - 11 a.m. on July 1. Teams of four will be formed and the team that picks up the most cigarette butts will win a prize. To sign up individually or to register a team of four, please contact Yvon Fils-Aime, OSU Tobacco Health Educator, at 744-2745 or email yvon.fils-aime@okstate.edu
Deadline to register is Friday, June 13, at 5 p.m. Each volunteer will receive a free T-shirt. Bags and gloves will also be provided. If you cannot sign up for the whole two hours, we encourage you to volunteer whatever time you can.
For questions about tobacco cessation, please contact the Seretean Wellness Center at 744-WELL (9355). Students should contact Yvon Fils-Aime, tobacco health educator, at 744-2745.

Antioxidents in Coffee
Because Americans drink so much of it, coffee is now the main source of antioxidants in the U.S. diet. However, eating
more fruits and vegetables, which are also rich in antioxidants, would be even healthier. In addition to antioxidants,
they contain large amounts of nutritious vitamins, minerals, and fiber.
