Group Exercise Classes

A variety of group exercise classes are offered at the O-Zone. These classes are included in the cost of the monthly membership fee and can be adapted to any fitness level.

Half-n-Half: 
In this class, you will get the best of both worlds - half step aerobics and half land aerobics.  High and low impact will be demonstrated. *Fri. class may include hand weights.

Interval: This class has it all – step, hi/lo aerobics, and strength training.  Three-minute intervals of each will keep you moving and your heart pumping!

Strength & Stretch:  A great way to complement yoga and/or cardio exercise.  Strengthening exercises emphasize the abs, torso and "core" muscles to condition you for the challenges of daily living.  Also includes flexibility and relaxation – what more could you ask for?

20/20/20:  An exciting mixture of three different types of exercise.  Twenty-minute segments may include hi/lo aerobics, step aerobics, stability ball, strength training, or yoga – definitely not the “same old class” every week!

Yoga:  This centuries-old discipline is geared toward melding the mind and body into a healthy integrated whole.  This class will help improve your strength, flexibility, and balance while improving posture and focus.
