control, proper exercise, nutrition/weight control, and cooking demonstrations will complement any meeting topic.

OSU's Educational Television Service and the Wellness Center can produce and disseminate live television
broadcasts to anywhere in the world.
The aerobics room can be scheduled for specific classes or serve as a general exercise room for your group.
Expert instruction in weight training is also available to give your group the best in a strength program.
The Wellness Center is completely accessible to persons with disabilities.
